Shipping policy

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post or Courier. Standard domestic postage is flat per order and includes tracking. We endeavour to dispatch orders on the following business day once the payment has been received in full. Shipping times are vary depending on your location. Please refer to Australia Post’s guidelines for delivery estimated time. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure you track your order for updates.
Customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery address/ details are correct and complete. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect address details, failure to collect or other reasons will be charged to the customer and must be paid prior to reshipment. Express Post is available, except for bulk items. Occasionally, we are unable to provide express shipping due to the size/ weight/ location. Should this happen, we will send the order via standard shipping and you will be notified by email. In addition, a partial refund of the shipping fee will be arranged.
Please ensure you check your shipping address on the checkout page prior to payment as this address cannot be altered once processing has commenced.
